Quality assurance

ETF rides are all designed, produced and installed under the highest quality and safety standards such as EN 13814. For certain ride types we even have type approval by TÜV.

On all installed rides we offer a warranty. Whatever happens during that period, we make sure that your ride has a minimum downtime. We offer both online support, replace broken parts or in the utmost case we send an engineer if needed.

To ensure the ride is operated well we include training for your operating staff when the ride is installed.
