When you invest in a new machine you want reliability. And that is what you get when choosing ETF Machinefabriek. But in the unlikely event that the machine isn’t working properly you want a quick solution.
Our service department is available every working day of the week (08.00-17.00) by phone or through internet support when your machine is equiped with a modem. In a lot of cases we can help you to solve the problem on the phone. If on site presence is needed, one of our qualified engineers will fly out to you to make sure your machine is operational again as soon as possible.
