The wrapped rolls can also be sealed on the roll-up machine in a costsaving and environmentally-friendly manner. A thermal seal beam can be built in to seal the rolls automatically over the entire width. The seal beam can be fully integrated in the machine.
If this system is integrated with a tacker beam, tape is not required to close the roll which leads to considerable annual savings. The combination of seal and tacker beam is also extremely suitable for wrapping 2x2 metre rolls on the unit.
