Carpet sample edge bevelling machine M 5530

This ingenious machine automaticallybevels carpet samples on two or four sides.
Baby shearing cylinders guarantee neatly finished sides even in fine velour qualities.

The machine is suitable for finishing sample sizes 7x7 cm to 70x70 cm with a capacity of maximum 1500 samples per hour using only one operator.

Specific features:
- Adjustable operating speed.
- Shearing cylinder moves up and down to extend cylinder life.
- Dust removal from each cylinder.
- Shearing cylinder adjustable to various carpet qualities.

The machine can also be provided with:
- Twin set of shearing cylinders to process high pile carpet styles.
- Adjustable bevelling angle.
- Fusing unit to melt PP yarns behind each shearing head.
- Brush unit to automatically clean the pile side of the samples at the exit of the machine.
 
The following options can be added in order to complete a total sample factory:
- Automatic labelling unit or hot foil printer for vinyl samples.
- Automatic hole punch unit.
- Automatic stacking unit at the end of the machine.
