Accumulator M 5150

Robustly constructed accumulator for use in continuous production lines, handling of various materials. Other systems can be supplied for special materials or requirements and can include a moving upper- or lower bridge, a comb construction or a shaft drive.

Specific features:
- Accurate guiding and horizontal positioning of the bridge.
- Mechanical brake stops the lower bridge in event of material rupture.
- Storage capacity approximately 56 metres at a height of 4.8 metres with 7 bridge rollers.

The accumulator can also be provided with:
- Drives at supply and discharge side.
- Pneumatic cylinders or motor regulation instead of weights for quick and easy
  counterbalancing the lower bridge.
- Adjustment of storage capacity up to 72 metres.
- Expansion of this capacity by integration of several units.
- Dancer with pneumatic weight adjustment at discharge side.
- Accumulator speed control system to synchronize successive drives.
- Aluminium lightweight rollers for materials that do not tolerate high tension.
